Visit Singapore

The next day after spending our holiday at USS, we were brought by our travel agent to see some of the best landmarks in Singapore.

The first one is the Singapore Flyer.  It is 540-feet Ferris Wheel that offers a 360-degree view of Singapore's
Marina Bay. The SF is mounted with 28 air-conditioned capsules, each one the size of a bus and able to take on up to 28 riders.

No time to take a ride so just take some photos from the bottom to up view.

Universal Studio Singapore Part 4 – Shrek vs Jurassic Park

Once upon a time, there was a galaxy far far away…

I met the Shrek at last. The 4D movie is a new experience and we were dragged into the roller coaster rides of the adventures with Shrek and his buddy, the Donkey. Imagined who the villain, the shorty Lord Farquaad emerged as a ghost.

Universal Studio Singapore Part 3 – The Transformers vs Roller Coaster

I asked Azeem, between the thrill rides between the simulation 3D Transformer and the twice ride of Battlestar Galactica Roller Coaster (Human & Cylon), which one is the most thrill… the answer is the Cylon, followed by Transformer and the Human is the third.

Universal Studio Singapore Part 2– The Revenge of Mummy vs Water World

2012 BC, Yuz and I accidently entered the City of Dead “Hamunaptra”. There was a warning sign that the express ride is dangerous for those who had high blood pressure and heart attack.

Universal Studio Singapore Part 1– From New York to USS

Trip to Universal Studio Singapore (USS) was fun and it was a thrill experience for me and my family. Especially Azeem who at first hesitant to go but finally he was the one who enjoy the most. Azzam missed all the daredevil rides because of his height, some thrill rides likes roller coasters and simulation ride (battlestar galactica and mummy) got height requirements.

We drove from KL to Seremban. At 3.30 am, we reached Seremban to take a bus. The 4 hours drive was so tiring since we slept in seating position. Unload our stuff at NEW YORK Hotel in Johor Bahru. Next, we need to pass through 2 CIQ (Custom, Immigration and Quarantine) checkpoints, Iskandar and Woodland. Don’t forget to bring the passport and a complete IMM27E form. Can get the form at the hotel or CIQ checkpoints.

Upin & Ipin - Road to A'Famosa Resort

A trip to A'Famosa Melaka by my brother in law's invitation.  Stayed at the villa with a private swimming pool.  Wow, MYR 800 per night.  Not much done as we arrived on Saturday night at 7.30 pm.  They visited the Cowboy Town and the entertainment was not so great.  The entrance fee was MYR60 per person.  So expensive...

The resort looks so old and no maintenance done on the roads.  The villa and surrounding areas are left unattended.  Some stores and themas are closed.
