Skyfall ... ops SkyBridge, Langkawi...

This is not a new James Bond movie... SKYFALL, which I admired the movie which show how classic the movie is that remind me DR No- Sean Connery - the first bond movie.

 

 

  

 

This is about Langkawi SKY BRIDGE.  

Eidul-Adha, gathering, my mom & late father in law

Surprisingly, this year Hari Raya Eidul-Adha, my parents and my siblings, my brother and his family from Penang and my younger sister from Rawang came to my house. I got 7 sibling and I am the third.
 
Eidul-Adha is also know as Feast of the Sacrifice, a major festival celebrated by Muslim worldwide to to honour the willingness of the prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his young first-born son Ismail as an act of submission to Allah swt command and his son's acceptance to being sacrificed, before Allah swt intervened to provide Abraham with a ram to sacrifice instead.
 
When we gathered together at the dining table, my father told us the old stories about his father, and other things that sometimes remind us how lucky we are sometimes in our life. The most heartily story is about my eldest brother who his life is not on his side. My father expressed his deep feeling that how bad his son turn to, end of the day he is still his son and his blood. I can see the sadness of my father through his eyes.
 
My eldest brother was wrongly brought up during his teenager time because he stayed with my grand parents and my father's sister. He got everything he wishes for. He was a smart student and he got 5 A's in his standard 5 "Penilaian" examination. Unfortunately my grand father passed away and my brother had changed and never changed. My dad said that my brother has to blame himself of not changing his lifestyle and attitude who always blaming other people of his 'unfortunate" life.

Alai Coconut Drink is Best of All....

The best coconut drink in Melaka. If you drive using old trunk road from Melaka town to Muar, if you are very thirsty under the hot sun while driving, have a pit stop at the Coconut Drink store at Alai, Kandang.  The store is located next to the road on the left after the traffic light at Persimpangan (Junction) Alai.

They have cold coconut drink, coconut shake and surprise, they provide "nasi lemak", a favorite Malaysian coconut milk rice with spicy anchovies "sambal" plus half boiled egg.

The life that we choose sometimes it hurt, turn out not what we expect.  What had gone wrong?  Did we make a wrong decision?

Wadihana Islamic Kitchen in Bandar Baru Bangi is fabulous

Before fasting month, we would like to have a nice dinner. We were driving clueless in Bandar Baru Bangi to search where to have our dinner. While driving, we noticed there is a restaurant called "Wadihana Islamic Kitchen". So, we parked our car and walked straight to the restaurant. The waiter welcomed us and led us to our table. He gave us the menu and surprisingly, there are full of choices from western, italian, malaysian and tomyam.

Once we have decided what to eat, we placed our order and in 20 minutes, the foods were served to us. The kitchen is an open kitchen where you can see the chefs and their assistants were so busy cooking.

The restaurant is located at No. 2, Jalan Medan Pusat 2C, 3B curve Business Park, Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. Open from 8 am to 10.30 pm everyday except Friday from 3 pm to 12 midnite.

Lasik Blend Surgery by Prof Dr Muhaya at Prince Court

Today is the best ever happened to me once I done my Lasik Blend Eyes Surgery at Prince Court. The surgery is done by Prof. Dr Muhaya who is a Consultant Ophthalmologist of Ophthalmology and ENT Surgery Level 3, Prince Court Medical Centre. 

Grateful to Allah swt and thank you to Prof Dr Muhaya to give me another chance to see the world without my glasses which i wore it since i was 13 years old.

I remembered first time when my father bought me a spectacles and when i first put on the spectacles on my eyes, i can see how bright and clear vision... i can see there was a cat crawling on roof top at the opposite building. Today when Prof Dr Muhaya turned my head to the left after surgery requesting me to look at the glass door whether i can see clearly my wife, Allahdullillah, i was so happy when i can see my wife standing there waiting patiently since 1 pm hoping my eyes surgery when ok.

Yesterday and today before the surgery, i was totally worried about the surgery. I watched a few sample of lasik surgery in you tube especially by Prof Dr Muhaya. This helped me to calm and confident about the surgery.  

Day 2 in Bukit Tinggi - Ancient Story about "Minangkabau"

The word "Minangkabau" is originated from a civil war between Javanese and Minang people, long long ago based from the heritage tells from the oldest people in Bukit Tinggi.

(Istano Raja PagarRuyung.  The original royal castle was burn on 21 Mac 2010. They re-built the new castle at the new site.  During my visit, the castle is still on construction.)

 The war is about the invasion plan by the Javanese troops to conquer Minang land.  The Javanese troops were strong and outnumber by the Minang troops.

The Minang high councils seat for a meeting on how to stop this war and bloodshed.  They came for an idea to propose the Javanese chief warrior...

(Singkarak Lake.  The lake got a lot of the fish called ikan bilih (Mystacoleucus padangensis) is endemic to the lake, and is harvested for human consumption.) 

Lord of the Ring - The Fellowships of the Ring

After the hard work throughout the week, it is a nice thing when suddenly we had a plan to celebrate our Aero Chief's birthday at Citta Mall. Subang.  The word "Citta' came from an ancient language meaning "mind and heart".  It represents that the Citta Mall aspires to be a place where the mind and heart meet as one and a place that presents life at its fullest.

We went to this Sunrise Seafood Restaurant.  The dinner cum birthday celebration was a fantastic when each and everyone shares the value of friendship. 

Even most of us are new joiners and different background and different ethnic, we share a same common in life is that to enjoy what we do and to do the best in our life and career.  The aim of everybody is the same is to work hard and to achieve our goals.

I can see the faces of each person seating around the dinning table, we talked about everything, sharing values of our life, our families, good stories about nice place to visit, our hobbies, what we do during weekend, holidays, sports, climbing mountain, what thing that we afraid of, setting KPI of each member, shares photo, talk about history, and talked about ghost story, it was fun and joyful.
